Hi there!
I'm Bethany Warntjes, and I began my real estate career in January of 2018. Becoming a real estate agent was one of the best decisions I ever made (besides marrying my husband!). So why do I say that? I say that because real estate fits my personality and plays on my strengths so well that I know that real estate is my calling.
So let me explain how my personality and my strengths in real estate can serve YOU.
I VALUE PEOPLE. I genuinely enjoy building relationships with buyers and sellers and getting to know you throughout the process. Helping buyers and sellers reach their goals has been more rewarding than I ever could have imagined.
I AM AN EDUCATOR AND COMMUNICATOR. I am an educator in both the process and the paperwork.
The Process: When it comes to buying or selling I want you to understand how the process works. I have created guides like my "First Time Home Buyer Guide" , "Move-Up Buyer Guide" and "Showings That Sell" among others to help you better understand the process. If you have questions along the way, I am more than happy to answer them for you.
The Paperwork: Be it an Offer to Purchase, Listing Contract, Amendment Etc. I want to make sure you understand what you are signing. I am not the agent who is just going to send something over to you and ask you to sign it, I am going to talk through it with you and make sure you understand what is going on.
Communicator: I want to keep you in the loop and up to date. You'll hear from me via email, phone call, and text - or if there is a preferred method of communication I make note of that. I am an agent who will be there, I am not going to "ghost" you! You will be able to get a hold of me - if you contact me, I will contact you back in a timely manner. I will play an active role throughout the process.
I AM ORGANIZED, DETAIL-ORIENTED, AND ON TOP OF IT: I'm able to be this way because I have systems and processes in place to help things run smoothly. I am also always open to bettering myself and improving those systems and processes so that I can make a better experience for my buyers and sellers.
I AM A MODERN AGENT: I'm very active on social media - Facebook and Instagram. On these pages you will find a wealth of knowledge and videos. It's also a space for me to creatively market my listings, and it's a way to get to know me better. My Facebook Page is more straight business. I AM A PROBLEM-SOLVER: When roadblocks and issues come up I am not the person who just shuts down. I am going to try to solve that problem and consider every possible creative avenue to continue to move forward.
I AM RESOURCEFUL: Need recommendations for Lenders, Contractors, Home Inspectors, etc.? I've got quite the lengthy list to help you out!
I AM A LOVER OF LEARNING: I love to take classes, get certifications, listen to podcasts, read books, and meet people in the field. This benefits you because the more knowledge I gain, the better I can serve you.
CERTIFICATIONS I HAVE: Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) this course gave me the tools and knowledge to price your home with more confidence! Real Estate Negotiating Expert (RENE) this course gave me the tools and knowledge to negotiate creatively and effectively. Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) this course taught me more about short sales and foreclosures for when I do run into them. OTHER COURSES: I took an investor course as well as became a Focus on Energy Ambassador - which means a $125 HVAC Voucher for my buyers for a clean and check on their furnace when they move in! I plan to continue to take more courses because I love it and am a student at heart! My last 4 semesters of college I had a 4.0, and this is the way I continue to grow my knowledge now...so I'll keep gaining knowledge and continuing to improve myself for you!

NOW LET'S TALK ABOUT ME AS A PERSON: I was born and raised in Fond du Lac. I have lived here my entire life, other than college in Milwaukee. So, the Fond du Lac area is truly home to me. In my free time you can find me in nature (hiking, walking, chasing sunsets, gardening, star gazing, working from home in the sunshine on my back patio etc.) or being a Foodie - whether baking in my kitchen, cooking up a new recipe, enjoying a new or local restaurant, or checking out a winery. If it involves food or nature, I'm in! Exploring my local community and all Wisconsin has to offer is a favorite pastime. I thrive off of keeping occupied and being in motion - from exercising to house hunting with you to expressing myself (I tend to talk with my hands!) I'm also creative in everything I do - from making home decor, to putting my own spin on recipes, to coming up with marketing ideas (this is also why learning excites me, it pushes me into new ways of thinking!) Creating is fun to me and mentally stimulating. Finally, Life is best spent with the people we love - I cherish my time with my family and friends.
